All No Excuses Apparel graphics are designed in Toronto however since this is currently a startup, the products get printed and shipped out by our drop shippers in the great city of Los Angeles! If you have questions about the hows and whys of this, we are always happy to answer!

The chart below will indicate up to how many days you should expect to wait before receiving your No Excuses Apparel.

USA	up to 12 business days
Canada	up to 17 business days
Worldwide	17-27 business days

Customs Fees Notice
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.

Returns
All sent packages are marked with the Printful (this is the company we use to print our awesome designs) return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, defective), it will go to them so make sure you return it to the address marked! Exchanges will only be made for products that are received defective or damaged, please shoot us an email before returning products at info@noexcusesapparel.com

Sizing
Remember, all of our designs are printed on demand and shipped out of California so please make sure you pick the right size and colour because our manufacturer will only exchange items if they are defective or broken! No Excuses Apparel is printed on American Apparel t-shirts and tanks. The size charts can be found in the product description of every product.

We also encourage you to reach out to us if you're still not sure about sizing because we cannot return unless goods are damaged. Some styles of tanks can run a bit lengthier so feel free to drop us a line at info@noexcusesapparel.com and we'll figure out the best fit for you!
